When in New York, why not visit.....

It never hurts to stop by the Teuscher Chocolate Store  at Rockefeller Center for a champagne truffle. 

 

"Champagne Truffles have a Dom Perignon champagne cream center, surrounded by dark chocolate ganache, covered with milk chocolate and dusted with confectioner's sugar." 

All chocolates are made in their kitchens in Switzerland and flown into New York.  I was there a couple weeks ago and this is what the store looked like.  Colorful and packed to the gills with beautiful packaging!

Always best to ask for a box of 2 truffles in one of their signature boxes...

The windows are packed with gorgeous boxes and bits and bobs.... Standing in front is someone who is very pleased with her little box of chocolates! 

ps. if you stop by to see the ice rink and Christmas Tree at Rock Center you have no excuse to not stop by to taste the champagne truffles! Worth every penny.
